Burke & Hare: A True Story of Medicine, Murder and Money

    • As William Burke awaits his execution he recounts the crimes he committed with William Hare. Burke and Hare murdered 17 people by "burking," a method of suffocation. The pair then sold the bodies to Rr. Robert Knox for use in anatomy lectures at the Edinburgh Medical School.
